Administrator for New Unified Meal Organization – Department of Children and Education, Huddinge Municipality

Do you want to help shape the future meal organization in Huddinge? We are now building a new, unified meal organization within the Department of Children and Education – and we are looking for a structured, service-oriented, and proactive administrator who wants to be a central part of our work.

About the Assignment

As an administrator with us, you will play a key role in supporting both the section manager of the meal section and our six area managers. You will work closely with the operations and be an important function to ensure that our processes, routines, and administrative flows work efficiently throughout the organization.

You thrive in a daily routine with many points of contact and varying tasks, where you contribute to structure, coordination, and quality.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Administrative support to area managers and section manager.
• Coordination of meetings: booking, planning, inviting, taking minutes, and following up on decisions.
• Structuring, quality assuring, and updating common documents, routines, and agreements.
• Managing orders, invoices, permissions, and registers.
• Responsible for record-keeping, case management, and support in administrative systems.
• Collecting, compiling, and analyzing data for reports and follow-ups.
• Support in internal communication and information flows.
• Other office and operational support tasks.

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, self-driven, and service-oriented, and who easily builds good relationships. You enjoy having many points of contact and work in a structured manner even during busy periods.

To Succeed in This Role, You Need:

• High school diploma, preferably with an administrative focus.
• Experience in qualified administrative work.
• Excellent ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish.
• Good digital skills with experience in Office 365 and other administrative support tools.
• Knowledge and experience with personnel and payroll systems such as Heroma or equivalent.
• Experience from public sector work is an advantage, especially from schools or meal services.

Placement and Organization

You will belong to the Department of Children and Education, meal section, and work closely with the section manager and area managers. Your workplace will be centrally located in Huddinge.
